I have the right to refuse or cancel any commission without explanation. A refund will be provided if I cancel the commission.

Repost the artwork on any website as long as you properly credit me

Use the artwork non-commercially (Icons, business cards, wallpapers. etc.)

Sell my artwork in any way or use it commercially (Stickers, shirts, sold comics, etc.)

Claim my work as your own

Remove my watermark or signature for any reason unless discussed with me first.

If you commission or receive an uncolored sketch, you are not allowed to line or color it unless I have given you explicit permission to do so. You must still credit me for the art.

My queue can be found on my Trello. I don't have a super strict queue though and might move my queue around from time to time. When I work, I don't normally go 100% by my queue, I go with what I feel like doing/what I'm capable of doing that day.

Give me 24-48 hours to reply to your emails/messages. If I don’t reply within that time, send another message to make sure I got your message.

My commissions normally take 1-6 weeks to complete, but if unforeseen situations come up, it could take longer.

My current days off are Wednesday - Thursday (subject to change), as those are my partner's days off from work. I use those days to spend time with them and my pets as well as taking care of responsibilities. I also do personal art on these days.

If I’m sick, have bad allergies, have family obligations, have sick family/pets, traveling, etc., my commissions and responses may be delayed. I will update everyone when these situations come up on my Instagram and Twitter.

Please do not spam me. If you send multiple messages demanding my immediate attention (or demanding your art immediately) without my response, I will refund and cancel your commission. I have 24-48 hours to respond to your message, there is no reason to spam me.

I don't do time limits! I can't guarantee that I will be able to finish within the specified time.

You may ask for updates whenever, as long as you don’t spam me about it! Otherwise, I’ll send updates as I progress on your commission. You can ask for any changes at any point during the commission unless it is a character change. Please don’t be afraid to ask for any changes you’d like, as I always want to make sure your commission comes out perfectly!
